VISION STATEMENT

Ensure that every person in the communities we serve has access to quality healthcare addressing the total needs of the individual.

• Patients are seen by appointment or on a walk-in basis.
• Appointments are available by calling the telephone numbers given for each site.
• Walk-ins are triaged or screened and seen by the provider dependent on the urgency of the chief complaint.
