All staff physicians are board eligible or board certified. All health care providers are licensed in accordance with Florida statutes.

A physician is available on call after clinic hours for emergencies.

All Dental health care providers are licensed in accordance with Florida statutues.

A dentist is available on call after clinic hours for emergencies.

Fees
All community residents are welcome to use the Center's services. Sliding scale discounts are available to patients based on their incomes.
We will work with patients and their families on financial arrangements, including billing Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance companies. Information received about income if kept absolutely confidential.

Proof of income is required to obtain discounts. If a discount is not requested, no questions are asked about income.
